The MCAF is registered with Paragon Testing Enterprises as one of the Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) Testing Centres in New Brunswick and only one in Fredericton.

CELPIP Testing is administered monthly at the ESL Training Centre in Fredericton, NB (28 Saunders Street).
