Intake Form

Welcome to the Multicultural Association of Fredericton (MCAF)!

To access MCAF programs and services:

  • Complete and submit the Intake Form below.
  • Once we receive your registration, you will:
    • Receive a welcome email.
    • Be invited to an online session to:
      • Connect with MCAF staff and community partners.
      • Learn more about available resources and services.

To complete your registration:

  • Submit your Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number from your immigration document:
    • Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR)
    • Permanent Resident (PR) card
    • Work or Study Permit
    • Visitor Record
  • Upload supporting documents for all family members.

Please note:

  • Visa approvals and all other immigration processes are managed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
  • For up-to-date information and programs relevant to your situation, visit the official IRCC website.
If you are living/ or planning on moving to the greater Fredericton, New Brunswick area, please fill out the form below.
 
If your city of destination is outside the Fredericton area, please email sinar@mcaf.nb.ca to get a referral to the settlement agency in your area.
